We want you to love your Rainvale shower head. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 60 days of your order being delivered.

How to request a refund
Email us at rainvale.support@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. You don't need to send the product back unless we ask you to.

Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Limit: one refund per customer.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, stops working, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
