Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on every order

We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia. Shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping. Delivery times can vary during peak periods or because of customs and carrier delays.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. Your tracking link is emailed to you when your order ships.

Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email us at rainvale.support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update it only before your order ships.

Customs and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the US may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country, which are the customer's responsibility.
